My name is Robin Hardy-Small and I have proudly called Palmyra my home for the past 12 years.  My journey into the notary profession began with a personal need.  When my parents required notary services during the pandemic, I realized how essential and impactful these services could be.  Inspired by this, I decided to become a notary to help others in similar situations, and I have now been serving as a dedicated notary for 4 years.

I am passionate about my community and love meeting new people.  Whether it is witnessing a signature, administering an oath, or handling critical documents, I am here to ensure that your notary needs are met with professionalism and care.  I believe in supporting my neighbors and providing a reliable service they can count on.
